The Pines at Denmark House,
sleeps 6 (+1)

The Pines stands in the grounds of the owners’ residence and consists of part of a modern dwelling that has been divided into two.

The accommodation is double-glazed throughout, fully insulated and electrically heated and provides warm and comfortable accommodation even for out of season breaks. The larger part of the accommodation “The Pines” sleeps six (plus one) and consists of the following:

Kitchen
Fully fitted with refrigerator, single oven, dishwasher, auto-washer and microwave

Dining/sitting room
Colour TV incorporating DVD player, video player and modern comfortable furniture

Bedroom 1
With double bed, TV and fitted wardrobe

Bedroom 2
With two single beds and fitted wardrobe

Bedroom 3
With two bunk beds and a single bed (additional Z bed) and fitted wardrobe

Bathroom
With newly fitted shower, bath, WC and hand basin

Cloakroom
With WC and hand basin

• Bed linen (i.e. sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases) is not normally provided but can be made available at an additional charge (see tariff). Two pillows per person are supplied with a duvet for each bed together with blankets if preferred.
• Please note that hand towels and tea towels are provided but not bath towels.
• A travel cot, high chair and stair gate are also available upon request.
• DVDs, videos, books, paperbacks and some children’s toys will be found in both accommodations.
